List of documents required for manufacturer application:
- 1- Photos of feed production facilities and Product packaging picture.
- 2- Government issued Production facility inspection number ID
- 3- Government issued company business name certificate.
- 4- Use text to describe in detail the production process and production flow chart of the product.

Attention and reminder:
- For Manufacturers registration, each of the food category ( Than 8 digits HS Code No ) requires a separate AQSIQ registration number, each facility address requires a separate AQSIQ registration number!
- If your product list covers multiple food categories, please submit a separate new application for each products category.
