To complete the registration process for applicants as quickly as possible, please complete the following documents in advance so you can quickly start a registration process in GACC and AQSIQ:
☼ First Step (Complete the required application documents in advance)
List of documents required for manufacturer application:
1- Photos of food production facilities and Product packaging picture.
2- Officially issued Production facility inspection number ID or inspection report.
3- Company Food products H.S Code Number for production or processing.
4- Officially issued company business registration certificate.
5- Use text to describe in detail the production process and production flow chart of the product.
List of documents provided by the Food exporter:
1- Product packaging picture
2- Officially issued company business registration certificate.
3- An officially issued food export license or food safety certificate to prove that applicant’s food meets food hygiene standards.
For Manufacturers GACC registration, Each of the food category (4-digit subcategory) requires a separate GACC registration number, Each facility address requires a separate GACC registration number!
If your product list covers multiple food categories, please submit a separate new application for each category one by one: For manufacturers GACC registration of multiple categories,
After submitting the applications, the staff will discount the registration service fee.
GACC registration of exporter, can choose multiple food categories and no extra cost.
☼ Second Step (Correctly select the product H.S Code for application category)
According to the standard H.S Code number for the application category with (GACC-I ) (GACC-II ) (GACC-III ) (GACC-E )
☼ Third Step (Reiew of application documents)
The application documents are reviewed or supplement the required application documents.
☼ Fourth Step (Application ppproval)
The application documents are reviewed and approved and the registration number is obtained.
