List of documents required for manufacturer application:

• 1- Photos of feed production facilities and Product packaging picture.
• 2- Government issued Production facility inspection number ID
• 3- Government issued company business name certificate.
• 4- Use text to describe in detail the production process and production flow chart of the product.

Attention and reminder:

• For Manufacturers registration, each of the feed category ( Than 8 digits HS Code No ) requires a separate AQSIQ registration number, each facility address requires a separate AQSIQ registration number!
• If your product list covers multiple feed categories, please submit a separate new application for each products category.
