EU imports of rabbit meat veterinary certificate amended regulations
In order to comply with EU animal welfare regulations 1, granted in January 2013 to implement the 1099/2009 “Regulations on the Protection of animals slaughtered,” the relevant requirements,
the recent official release of EU regulations on the implementation of a new veterinary certificate to modify animal welfare official veterinarian contents of the statement of 191/2013,
that “on the imported products of animal welfare in veterinary certificate content changes, the revised regulation (EC) NO 798/2008, (EC) NO 119/2009, (EC) NO 206/2010 and resolution 2000/572/EC”.
The main contents of the original regulations concerning animal veterinary certificate to follow the terms of Directive 93/119/EC amended to require compliance with regulations 1099/2009 content, and clearly defines the need to replace the certificate details. The regulations of the exporting country official veterinary certificate before November 30, 2013, signed, and the product before January 31, 2014 arrived in EU goods, counted during the transitional period, the original certificate format is acceptable.
