The anti-dumping and countervailing cases on grape wine were solved and China-EU trade disputes on wireless communication products are also under solving. All of these prove again that on the premise of abiding by WTO rules, China-EU governmental, industrial and inter-enterprise dialogues and negotiations are the best choice to solve disputes, and also show that China and EU have the wisdom and capability to solve disputes.

We have the reason to believe that the future China-EU economic and trade cooperation will develop faster and better. Under the guidance of 2020Strategic Plan of China-EU Cooperation, China and EU will broaden cooperation fields and enrich cooperation contents by taking the opportunity of China-EU investment agreement negotiation so as to further consolidate and develop comprehensive strategic partnership
